About The Project
Boon, the leading referral platform in the USA, connects job seekers, referrers, and recruiters. It incentivizes referrals, enhancing job matching and reach.
Boon approached us to revamp their web app to improve the user experience for all three user groups.
For the Boon project we provided Illustrations, gamification, developed design system.
Problems
Boon faced several challenges such as referrers lacked tracking tools, hindering engagement; leadership boards lacked motivation.
